The symposium highlights investing in the future through
carbon finance for sustainable conservation and inclusive
development, focusing on youth and women, and will be held
at CTF 105 Auditorium, Kyambogo University from 8AM to 2PM.

Kyambogo University's Department of Environmental Sciences
has embarked on a campaign meant to raise awareness among
the local communities about proper waste management.
Working in partnership with other environmentalists, the
department today participated in a general clean-up exercise
at Ggaba Landing Site in Kampala.
The environment science students say the integration will enable countries in the region to negotiate as a block and have a stronger voice to express their intentions towards social-economic development before global financial powers.
